This was a global company. We knew it was important to keep the messaging simple, clear and relevant. In addition any images would have to appeal to an international audience and colors would have to be relevant to the industry. So, we began using our messaging framework to develop the building blocks for communication. After crafting the right words our client wanted to say we constructed the website. This dual approach helped create a successful website.

THE SITUATION

 

A nonprofit looking to launch their organization came to Chapin Media to build a custom website to generate leads and have the ability to capture donations. Being new, they were still trying to workout what to say and how to say it. In one project they needed Chapin Media to help with branding, developing a clear message to future donors, and wrapping that all into a new website.

Just getting started can be one of the biggest hurdles to overcome. But knowing what to say and how to say it, well…let’s just say, not easy. We took a deep dive using our messaging framework to develop a clear brand message. The next step was to structure images and colors in such a way to give the brand life. Custom photos taken in the city of Chicago added icing on the cake. Our client was thrilled how the website came together.
